Comfy Baby® reserved the rights to modify or change the policy at any time without further notice. Please ensure you have read through all terms and condition to avoid any misunderstanding.

What is the Comfy Baby® Returns policy?
Comfy Baby® will not entertain any cancellation, refund, exchange of products due to customer's change of mind once payment is accepted.

We only accept return requests if :
We delivered the wrong products to customer due to our mistakes.

Full refunds only apply on incorrect goods, it must be in original with well complete packaging and unused condition. To return incorrect product is applicable within 7 days. The time frame starts from the date was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.

For used product, only return and exchange for damage/ missing part during warranty period. Warranty is covered one year from the purchase date.

Exchange Policy is applicable within one year from original receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: damaged and manufacturing defect.

Requirements for a valid return :

  • Proof of purchase (online order number, Comfy Nest official invoice, Comfy Nest official receipt)
  • Include Comfy Nest Original Invoice/ Receipt in each return package box.

NOTE: Kindly contact our customer service to if return and exchange needed, in the unlikely event that your return does not meet requirement(s), our Customer Service will notify you before sending to us.

How do I initiate product return/ exchange process?
To initiate a return by online:
Step 1: Write us email/ Whatsapp/ Facebook Message/ Instagram Message with subject – Product return/ exchange for investigation, state your reason of request product return/ exchange (e.g. product damaged/ wrong items upon receiving). Upload 2 supporting image (one of damaged part and one of the entire product) of product to ascertain the reason for return/ exchange.
Step 2: Your return request will be reviewed. You will receive an email/ message within 1-3 business days on further instruction before sending us your parcel.
Step 3: (For Return) Pack the return item(s) along with the proof of purchase (Comfy Nest Official Receipt/ Invoice), Bank details in Shipping Label if the original payment is made via iPay88 and Include printed Shipping Label and Comfy Nest Tax Invoice in each return package box.
             (For Exchange) Pack only the exchange part/ item(s). 
Step 4: Send the item(s) to us via your preferred shipment method.The shipping cost incurred for returning items to us for a refund or exchange are not covered or reimbursed by us.
Step 5: You will be notified via email/ Whatsapp/ Facebook Message/ Instagram Message once your parcel reached our Quality Assurance Department.
Step 6: Replacement part will send to you and tracking number will be update via email/ Whatsapp/ Facebook Message/ Instagram Message.

How long is the quality evaluation process?
Replacement process only begins after we have completed evaluating your returned item. This quality evaluation process may take up to 1-2 business days.

How to exchange? Fees of  Shipping Cost
You may visit to our Headquarter Office at 16 Sierra Puchong Selangor (working day & hour only). Or send back the item(s) by using courier service/ delivery services. The shipping cost incurred for returning items to us are not covered by us.

How long does it take to replace my item?
Replacement process begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product. This quality evaluation process may take up to 3 business days. We will send you an email notification or phone call once completed.

Please expect to receive your replacement within the following time frame:
Within Klang Valley: 2 - 4 working days
Outstation Area: 3 - 7 working days
